资源简介:
The transcriptomic analysis of the roots revealed that a total of 391 sequences were associated with NSCCs in two genotypes, of which 118 sequences were identified in Salix integra and 273 in S. jiangsuensis. Most of these genes were related to glutamate receptors, accounting for 40.68% and 30.77% in the two genotypes, respectively; followed by cyclic nucleotide channels, accounting for 26.27% and 20.51%, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis of NSCCs related genes revealed that most NSCCs from S. integra and S. Jiangsuensis are closely related, and they are all related to Populus trichocarpa. This study confirmed the contributions of NSCCs in Cd uptake and accumulation in willow species. We for the first time identified NSCCs related genes in a shrub willow and an arbor willow, providing new insights into the mechanisms for heavy metal accumulation and translocation in Salix spp.
