Escherichia coli strains tested against QAC and PAA compounds

The study aims to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (QAC) and peracetic acid specifically against Escherichia coli strains. The research focuses on determining the effectiveness of these sanitizing agents in inactivating E. coli. By investigating the sensitivity of E. coli to QAC and peracetic acid, this study seeks to provide valuable insights for improving sanitation protocols in food processing environments, ultimately enhancing food safety and reducing the risk of contamination.
