SAIL - Atmospheric electric field data

Quality-controlled observations of the atmospheric electric field measured on board the sail ship NRP Sagres during the 2020 SAIL campaign. Data are from two similar instruments, located at different heights of the ship's mast, 20m (primary sensor, E1) and 5m (secondary sensor, E2), after application of height and bias corrections, respectively. Missing values are denoted by NA.Datafiles structure:column 1: date/time (yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS);column 2: potential gradient 1-minute average (V/m);column 3: potential gradient 1-minute standard deviation (V/m);column 4: longitude (degrees E);column 5: latitude (degrees N);column 6: flag signaling fully ocean day (=1) and fully or partially land day (=0).<br>
