Analysis of the tumour vasculature in a mouse-human carcinoma xenograft

This collection contains images of mice cells whilst performing analysis of the tumour vasculature in a mouse-human carcinoma xenograft. Balb/C nude mice were injected with a suspension of Carcinoma cells and endothelial progenitor cells that had been derived from differentiated GFP-transgenic human embryonic stem cells. Tumours that developed in these mice were sectioned and analysed by Confocal Microscopy.
