Depressive symptom burden, co-occurring bowel symptoms, and a recall-derived eating-timing proxy in U.S. adults: NHANES 2009-2010 data and code

This reproducibility release accompanies a survey-weighted cross-sectional analysis of NHANES 2009-2010. It contains author-generated R analysis code, reusable derived analysis data, a primary complete-case data file, a variable dictionary, SHA-256 provenance records for the required public NHANES source files, and machine-readable verification outputs. The release reproduces the primary sample of 4,709 adults, 1,244 outcome-positive events, a PHQ-9 per 1-SD adjusted odds ratio of 1.82, and an eating-window-span per 1-SD adjusted odds ratio of 0.99. Original NHANES XPT files are not redistributed.
