CMBS Deals - Edgar CIK and Collateral Distribution

Sourced from Schedule AL data from sec.gov EDGAR Form ABS-EE filings for 260+ CMBS deals across 10,000 filings (monthly). The earliest reported period is 2016-11-07. The dataset is updated daily to capture all future ABS-EE filings as they are published in Edgar.

This dataset contains the unique EDGAR CIK that can be used to lookup all data for a particular deal. The EDGAR Central Index Key (CIK) is a unique identifier assigned by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to corporations and individuals who have filed disclosures with the SEC. Browse to https://www.sec.gov/ and enter the CIK in the top right hand search bar to pull up historical filings for a particular CMBS deal.

This dataset also contains tables used to create some of the royalty free charts hosted on https://dealcharts.org. These specific tables are the result of transformations on larger datasets and contain only the data necessary to re-create the specific chart visualizations. An example chart would be https://dealcharts.org/capitalmarkets/abs/cmbs/bank2021-bnk35/collateral/multifamily.
