Different gene expression in cisplatin chemo-resistant or sensitive of esophageal squamous carcinoma patients.

To investigate mRNA expression difference in cisplatin chemo-sensitivity in esophageal squamous carcinoma patients. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 6 different patients. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for cisplatn chemo-resistant or sensitive in esophageal squamous cacinoma patients.
