Data for "Casimir Interaction Between a Plane and a Sphere: Correction to the Proximity-Force Approximation at Intermediate Temperatures"

The data represented in figures 2 and 3 of the publication titled with "Casimir Interaction Between a Plane and a Sphere: Correction to the Proximity-Force Approximation at Intermediate Temperatures" are provided in the CSV file format. "fig2.csv" contains the data for figure 2. The data for figure 3 is separated into two files. "fig3_Tfinite.csv" contains data for the Casimir free energy depending on the value of tau which represents a certain finite temperature. "fig3_Tzero.csv" contains data for the Casimir energy at zero temperature. More information can be found in the header of the files.
