Evaluation of 96 microcosms depending on different conditions of salinity, ampicillin addition and substrate concentrations

Sediments underlying the solar salterns of S'Avall have been subjected to the evaluation of abiotic factors as salinity, substrate concentration (Posidonia oceanica) and antibiotic (ampicillin). The sediment composition was analyzed by amplicon 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
