Data for "Modelling of Leading Edge Morphing by Using Geometrically Exact Beam Theory"

This dataset includes data and script files for analysis presented in the conference Engineering Mechanics 2024 in Milovy, May 14-16 2024. Four code blocks are included: APDL code (ANSYS) which generates a repeated metamaterial cell structure with defined nubmer of cells and dimensions Python code which extracts effective stiffnesses of the leading edge outer surface Python code for generating a centerline geometry of the leading edge and a kinematic mechanism Python code for computing of the leading edge deflection, forces in joint of the kinematic mechanism Computed datasets are included: Metamaterial_v1_M2_loop.mac, Metamaterial_v1_N2_loop.mac, Metamaterial_v1_T2_loop.mac, cell_gen3.mac, generate_flange.mac postprocessing_v0.py, FEM_beam_nonlinear_v7_quad_rod.py FEM_beam_nonlinear_v9_git_quad.py
