Data for "CO2 emissions of drained coastal peatlands in the Netherlands and potential emission reduction by water infiltration systems"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset belongs to the study CO2 emissions of drained coastal peatlands in the Netherlands and potential emission reduction by water infiltration systems published in Biogeosciences by Ralf C. H. Aben et al. The dataset contains: Data of the carbon profiles presented in Figure 2 CO2 flux availability data presented in Figure 4 Half-hourly and daily mean CO2 fluxes presented in Figure 5 as well as gapfilled CO2 fluxes used to calculate the annual carbon budgets The MATLAB code used to 1) partition net ecosystem exchange [NEE] into gross primary production [GPP] and ecosystem respiration [Reco], 2) fill gaps in data, and 3) calculate daily means The net ecosystem carbon balance [NECB], harvest, manure and NEE data presented in Figure 6 NECBs, mean annual water table depth [WTD], mean summer WTD and exposed carbon data presented in Figure 7 and 8 The annual WTD and NECBs (including standard deviation) presented in Figure 9. The data presented in Table S1 The water table depth (WTD) timeseries data presented in Figure S2
