Split Zoning

The Split Zoning Join depicts the zoning rights of properties that have more than one zoning in terms of the previous 27 Zoning Schemes of the City of Cape Town. This can typically occur where two or more properties with different zonings are consolidated into one property and each part still maintains the original zoning or where a farm zoned as Agricultural also has a zoning allowing it to operate a Guest House on one section of the farm. All spatial layers are served live from internal systems, an item's "Last Updated" or "Publish Date" refers to the Metadata only.拆分区划关联（Split Zoning Join）数据集用于展示符合开普敦市此前27套区划方案（Zoning Schemes）、拥有多套区划属性的地块的区划权利。此类多区划属性的情形通常出现在两类场景中：其一，将两块及以上区划属性不同的地块合并为单一块地块，且各分割区域仍保留原有区划；其二，被划定为农业用途的农场，其部分区域可获批经营招待所（Guest House）的区划权限。所有空间图层（spatial layers）均由内部系统实时提供，数据项的「最后更新时间」或「发布日期」仅对应其元数据（Metadata）。
