Data and code required to replicate results from Elliott et al. 2025 "A novel methodology for Bombus (Latreille) reproductive system recovery"

Bombus sperm is an Rmarkdown file that runs the code necessary to run the model described in the paper and replicate the figures produced for the manuscript.BombusData2022 is a .csv file containing the data analyzed in the manuscript. Note the code takes this data as an input and adjusts it as necessary for analysis.
