D. salina represents a typical representative producer, and Nesterenkonia sp. the typical decomposer in a hypersaline environment. We analyzed their synergy effects with each other concerning biological carbon fixation in saline environment. Genome of Nesterenkonia is analyzed, especially those genes related with CO2 sequestration.
