Supplementary Material Dataset of 7 petrographic emitted Light Microscopy and their respective 3D Computed Tomography scans of selected concrete specimens used in the paper titled: "Fourier-Based Non-Rigid Slice-to-Volume Registration of Segmented Petrographic LM and CT Scans of Concrete Specimens," by Alabassy, M.S.H.; Hampe, M.C.; Erfurt, D.; Ludwig, H.-M.; Osburg, A. Materials 2026, 19, 663. https://doi.org/10.3390/ma19040663 The pixel size of all microscopy scans is 0.85 µm. Fiji ImageJ software can be used to view the dataset. The dataset comprises 30 parts, each containing 5 gzip-compressed archive chunks of 9.66 GB each.
