A photograph of an unidentified boxer posed in the ring, Los Angeles, California, USA, circa 1920s. The closeup shows the man in the ring, wearing trunks, laced shows, white socks and wearing his gloves which are held up in a punching position. Behind the ring is a crowd of about a dozen men observing. On the reverse are pencil inscriptions and a stamped order box from Service Engraving Company, indicating that the photo was an order from the Olympic Auditorium, which still holds boxing matches. With a few stains on the reverse, creases, light soiling and some bumping, the overall condition is good.
