Summary statistics for the Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) presented in the publication "Genetic determinants of serum bilirubin using inferred Native American variants in Chilean adolescents". Data were generated using PLINK2, for the full cohort (Full_admixed_cohort.txt.gz), or for the cohort deconvoluted according to its Native American (Native_American_deconvoluted.txt.gz) or European (European_deconvoluted.txt.gz) component.
