Targeted Amplicon Sequencing (Target-seq) Dataset for On- and Off-Target Site Analysis

Dataset for On- and Off-Target Site Analysis General Information This dataset contains the raw data from targeted amplicon sequencing (hereafter referred to as Target-seq) experiments designed to analyze the on- and off-target editing events of various base editors. The experiments were conducted in two different cell lines: Human Embryonic Kidney 293T (HEK293T) cells and Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cells (HSPCs). Each dataset corresponds to a specific single guide RNA (sgRNA) targeting a particular genomic locus. This dataset is organized into eight compressed ZIP archives, each containing tab-separated value (tsv) files with the sequencing results for individual replicates.
