Networking of Welfare Providers 1994: Municipal Projects

The survey studied social and health service co-operation projects in Finnish municipalities. Questions focused on projects and plans of the welfare service producers which aimed at promoting co-operation between different branches of municipal administration, between municipalities or between municipal operators and other bodies like non-governmental organisations. The respondents were asked about the start and end dates of the project, which body had originally presented the idea for the project, the participation of citizens in the project, and project administration. Some questions covered changes in the division of work as a result of the project, and how problems and obstacles were handled.
