This dataset comprises bulk RNA sequencing data derived from paired aganglionic (designated as "X") and ganglionic (designated as "K") colonic tissue specimens collected from three pediatric patients with Hirschsprung disease (HSCR, OMIM 142623). The experimental design compares stenotic segments (X) against dilated segments (K) from patients 1, 2, and 3 (HSCR-1, HSCR-2, HSCR-3) to investigate differential gene expression patterns and signaling pathway dysregulations associated with HSCR pathogenesis.
