In the present study, we examined gene expression of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) treated with exosomes released from human pancreatic cancer PK-45H cells using Agilent microarray. Gene expressions in HUVECs treated or not with 10 ng/µL of exosomes released from PK-45H cells for 24 h or 48 h were examined by Agilent SurePrint G3 Human GE microarray 8×60K.
