Willingness to pay extra for sustainable delivery in Europe 2024, by country

Ensuring sustainable delivery is expensive for online retailers. However, a survey showed that roughly one in four European online shoppers would be willing to pay more for eco-friendly shipping. Among the countries surveyed in 2024, 27 percent of digital buyers would do so in Italy, while only 16 percent of respondents would accept the eco-delivery extra charge in Poland, Sweden, or France.
