FEATURES OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE BEHAVIORAL COMPONENT OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AND SEEKING SOCIAL SUPPORT AMONG TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

The article explores the relationship between the behavioral component of communicative competence and the tendency to seek social support among teachers and students. The relevance of the research is обусловлена increasing requirements for effective interpersonal interaction within the educational environment and the need to study personal psychological resources used in stressful and challenging situations. Particular attention is given to communicative behavior as an important factor influencing the use of social support strategies. It is assumed that a well-developed behavioral component of communicative competence contributes to a more active and constructive use of social support in the process of coping with difficulties.
