Archaeological data tables from North Horr I and II (excavated in 1974, archived in the National Museums of Kenya)

This is the complete (transcribed) catalogue of artifacts collected from the surface and excavated from the sites of North Horr I and North Horr II in 1974 by David Phillipson. The data are published with his consent. The collection was re-discovered and digitized in 2014 by David Wright as part of a digitization pilot project at the National Museums of Kenya, funded by the 'Overseas Training Expenses for Humanities' through the College of Humanities Seoul National University (SNU). Archival research on the North Horr collection was conducted with permission from the Office of the President of the Republic of Kenya (permit MO¬HEST 13/001/30C 220) and in collaboration with the National Museums of Kenya Department of Earth Sciences. John Munyiri, in particular, was of invaluable assistance in the project. Richard Purves provided enormous assistance to complete the project's objectives as well.
