A375 cells were co-cultured with THP-1 derived macrophages (TAMs). TAMs_shIGF1R were transducted with lentivirus expressing the IGF1R shRNA which was conducted to interfere the expressio of IGF1R in TAMs. The co-cultured cells were subjected to transcriptome sequencing to investigate the interaction mechanisms between the two cell types via the IGF-IGF1R pathway.
