Questionnaire Development - Antimicrobial prophylaxis

This dataset contains the underlying data supporting the findings reported in the manuscript entitled “Development and Psychometric Evaluation of an Assessment Tool Assessing Pharmacists’ Knowledge and Practice on Antimicrobial Prophylaxis Among Cancer Patients,” submitted to PLOS ONE. The study involved the development and psychometric evaluation of a questionnaire designed to assess pharmacists’ knowledge and practice relating to antimicrobial prophylaxis among patients with cancer. The dataset contains participant-level responses used for the analyses reported in the manuscript, including demographic and professional characteristics, previous oncology and antimicrobial stewardship/prophylaxis training, knowledge-item responses, and practice-item responses. The deposited dataset is intended to provide the minimal underlying data necessary to reproduce the principal analyses and findings reported in the manuscript and to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and secondary research. Data have been prepared for public sharing with participant confidentiality and privacy in mind. No direct personal identifiers should be included in the publicly deposited dataset.
