Sequencing data of the recombinant pET-32a plasmid containing the EDIII gene of Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV)

This dataset corresponds to the prokaryotic expression vector construction experiment of the envelope protein third domain (EDIII) from the WH2012 isolate of Tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV). EDIII is the major neutralizing epitope region of TBEV; the purpose of constructing its recombinant pET-32a plasmid is to provide a basis for the subsequent prokaryotic expression, purification, and antigenicity analysis of the EDIII protein, and the sequencing data is used to verify the sequence correctness of the recombinant plasmid.
