FOREST Project Pollinator Data

Dataset of pollinators and floral resources from 18 no. native woodland plantations in the east and midlands of Ireland. Sites between 2 and 20 years old. Sampling undertaken in 2023 using pan traps and transects.Data for Harrington et al (2026). Pollinator communities as indicators of ecological change in developing woodlands. Ecological Solutions and Evidence (Accepted Manuscript Dec 2025).Site_Env_Data.xls - contains all species richness/abundance, site and environmental variables used for generation of models and plots.SiteSps_Matrices.xls - were used for ordinations and beta-diversity metrics.Interactions.xls - used for generation of plant-pollinator interaction networks.MetaData within each file.
