Candidate genes analysis of salt tolerance in Brassica napus L. by RNA-Seq

GO and KEGG analyses showed that the main functional genes involved in salt tolerance responses were different between these two lines, and the DEGs of the salt tolerant parent were mainly enriched in four pathways: plant hormone signal transduction, carbon metabolism, endoplasmic reticulum protein process, and amino sugar and nucleoside sugar metabolism.
