Metabolomic analysis for HIV-1 infected THP-1 macrophages

HIV-1 possesses the capacity to exploit the metabolic resources of host cells. To better understand the metabolic abnormalities associated with HIV-1, no-target metabolomics was applied. Metabolomic analysis were performed using 5 biological replicates in HIV-1 infected macrophages group and control group (N = 10). The sample extraction, metabolite identification, and quantification were performed at Shanghai Genechem Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China).
