Russia: most popular online public services 2022, by user share

Over 60 percent of Russians who received governmental and municipal services in an electronic form in 2022 obtained them for healthcare purposes, which allowed them to make doctor's appointments and receive referrals to hospitalization through the internet. Moreover, around half of the population used online public services related to taxation and fees, for example, to find out their tax number or to check the amount of their debt.
