Thirty-two tropical japonica rice accessions were phenotyped under flooded and alternative-wetting-and-drying management at Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center (DBNRRC), Arkansas, USA, in 2023. Physiological_agronomic_traits_DBNRRC_2023.xlsx saves the phenotyping data, while README_for_physiological_agronomic_traits_DBNRRC_2023.docx explains the variables in the Excel file. Germplasm_DBNRRC_2023.xlsx lists the genotypes. Soil_environment_DBNRRC_2023.xlsx and USDA_HOURLY_2023.xlsx provide soil and weather data, respectively. The explanation of variables in Germplasm_DBNRRC_2023.xlsx and Soil_environment_DBNRRC_2023.xlsx can be found in their Informationworksheets of their respective Excel files.
