资源简介:
These data include gene-specific qRT-PCR results from human liver HepG2 cells exposed to benzyl cinnamate, butyl paraben, decanoic acid, eugenol, and sodium dodecyl sulfate, as well as a mixture of all these chemicals. These chemicals were prioritized for testing based on in silico predictions and database informatics indicating their likely co-occurrence in household environments. These chemicals have also previously been shown to cause an increase in peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma (PPARg) activity, which was further evaluated here through gene-specific expression analysis of PPARg and its target, INSR (insulin receptor).
