RNA-Seq experiments for isolated mice tissues in both WT and Mut mice

The male mice were housed in groups of three per cage, with unrestricted access to water and a standard chow diet. Heart, muscle, liver, and brown adipose tissue (BAT) were isolated from wild-type (WT) and Mut (SMIM30 knockout) mice. These tissues were immediately preserved in liquid nitrogen post-sacrifice to maintain their integrity for subsequent analyses.. Each tissue was collected from four individual male mice.
