This series consists of the minutes of meetings of the Castlemaine Cemetery Trust. The minutes record the order of business, actions, discussions and decisions.According to the Cemeteries Act, Cemetery trust meetings must have the majority of trust members present to make decisions, resolve any questions and deliberate on all matters.Examples of matters deliberated on in these meetings include:*Trust membership appointments and resignations*Financial reports and accounts*Exhuming bodies to be moved to other areas of the cemetery*Inspection of the Cemetery's grounds*Audit of Cemetery tools
