Flower-to-Fruit Transition Regulatory Transcriptome of Vanilla planifolia: Transcription Factors and Epigenetic Regulators Dataset

This dataset contains a curated regulatory gene subset from the Vanilla planifolia flower-to-fruit transition transcriptome, including only genes annotated as transcription factors (TFs) and epigenetic regulators. Regulatory genes were identified based on functional annotation and protein domain classification from the de novo assembled transcriptome. The dataset provides expression and annotation information across developmental stages spanning the flower-to-fruit transition.
