It is a compilation of the procedures and agreements reached at the 44th Interdepartmental Hurricane Conference (IHC), which was held at the U.S. Air Force Conference Center, Homestead Air Force Base, Florida, January 9-12, 1990. Details of the conference can be found in the minutes published by this office.
