This statistic shows the share of candidates contesting in the Lok Sabha elections in India in 2019, based on the value of their private wealth. As seen in the graph, 14 percent of the candidates had declared assets worth 50 million Indian rupees or more. About 33 percent of the candidates had declared assets less than one million rupees.
