Data and Python scripts supporting "Bayesian Apportionment of Carbonaceous Aerosol Mass and Light Absorption in a Coastal Environment: Multi-Wavelength and Mass-Spectrometric Constraints on Seasonal and Event-Specific Variability"
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the source data underlying Figures 1–5 and Supplementary Figures S1, S2, and S4–S9 of the associated manuscript, together with the Python scripts used to generate the figures where applicable. The Excel workbooks contain the numerical data used in the corresponding figures, and each provided Python script reads the Excel workbook with the corresponding figure name. PM2.5 samples were collected on the rooftop of a building at Shandong University (Qingdao), Qingdao, China (36°21′33″ N, 120°41′05″ E). The sampling site is located near the Yellow Sea and is not immediately adjacent to major industrial emission sources or high-rise buildings. Supplementary Figure S3 was generated using the TrajStat plugin in MeteoInfoMap with publicly available NCEP GDAS meteorological data. Supplementary Figure S4 was generated from the PSCF analysis, Supplementary Figure S5 was generated using US EPA PMF 5.0, and Supplementary Figure S6 was plotted in Origin. Therefore, no Python scripts are provided for Supplementary Figures S3–S6. The tabulated observational and processed data supporting Supplementary Figures S4–S6 are included in this record, whereas the publicly available GDAS meteorological input data used for Supplementary Figures S3 and S4 are not redistributed.
