Peripheral blood specimen were collected longitudinally from one patient with chronic hepatitis C and associated cryoglobulinemia. This patient was treated with the dual regimen of daclatasvir/asunaprevir, achieving sustained virological response and disappearance of cryoglobulin. The dynamics of immunoglobulin heavy chain and light chain variable regions were studied using collected blood specimen.
