资源简介:
The Human Connectome Project's Connectomics of Brain Aging and Dementia (HCP-CoBrA) cohort is an NIH-funded initiative aimed at investigating the intricate interplay between brain structure and function across the Alzheimer's disease (AD) continuum ([Cohen et al., 2021](https://doi.org/10.3389/fnagi.2021.669490)). Here, we introduce the HCP-CoBrA MEG Repository, a subset of the HCP-CoBrA cohort specifically dedicated to the curation of MEG data. This repository provides a comprehensive dataset, in which MEG data are complemented by data from structural MRI, neuropsychological evaluations, and amyloid PET imaging. This dataset includes 114 participants spanning various stages of the AD continuum: 66 healthy controls (aged 50–89; 44 females), 13 individuals with subjective cognitive decline (aged 60–78; 6 females), 28 with mild cognitive impairment (aged 50–87; 22 females), and 7 diagnosed with AD (aged 52–79; 3 females). In addition, it incorporates 32 participants (aged 50–88; 17 females) ascribed to the newly introduced category of «impaired without cognitive complaints». This category represents individuals identified as cognitively impaired who lack personal awareness of such limitation. This dataset complies with the Brain Imaging Data Structure extension for MEG data and has undergone minimal processing to ensure identity protection and data reusability.
