Electricity Rates (Mean) Resolution 5

This layer contains electricity rates data in the United States from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) from 2000 to 2024. Data will be updated once a year as new values are added in October. Data is sourced from EIA Form 861, and joined to Electrical Retail Service Territories boundaries. H3 Resolution 5 hexagons grids were created to show a more granular level of scale by median, mean and max to show varying levels of electricity rates.
