LAMP2 Cardiomyopathy: The Consequences of Impaired Autophagy in the Mouse Heart

Bulk RNAseq analyses of wild type and Lamp 2 deficient mice, which model Danon disease. PolyA mRNA was isolated from the cardiac left ventricle of mutant and wildtype mice and analyzed by RNAseq.本数据集针对作为达农病（Danon disease）模型的野生型及Lamp2缺陷型小鼠开展批量RNA测序（Bulk RNAseq）分析。实验中，从突变型与野生型小鼠的心脏左心室中分离聚腺苷酸信使RNA（PolyA mRNA），并通过RNA测序完成相关分析。
