Multi-species Axiom Plant SNP array

Data for a multi-species Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Array built and validated using the AxiomTM technology contemplating SNPs for four different plant species as follows: Anacardium occidentale (Cashew Nut tree) : 16,504 SNPsAraucaria angustifolia (Brazilian Pine): 3,400 SNPsManihot esculenta (Cassava): 3,417 SNPsEucalyptus spp. (Eucalypt tree): 2,000 SNPs The data set includes the following information: organism, organism_code, marker_name, probeset ID, marker_id, call_rate_min, call_rate_max, conversion_type according to the Axiom criteria, SNP validation status, chromosome, position, genome_build used for SNP address (when available), probe sequence on array, Allele_A, Allele_B, SNP variant Ordered_Alleles Observation: Although SNPs for the plant Coffea canephora (Coffee) are also part of the Axiom array content, the SNP information for this species could not be made public yet.
