This dataset originates from the work of Cerqueira et al. as described in “Searching Materials Space for Hydride Superconductors at Ambient Pressure” (https://doi.org/10.1002/adfm.202404043).The files included here were retrieved following the authors’ publicly documented procedures and scripts provided in their GitHub repository:https://github.com/hyllios/utils/tree/refs/heads/main/models/supercond_modnet_modelWe use this dataset in our AtomBench study (https://arxiv.org/abs/2510.16165). This Figshare entry exists solely to provide a stable, citable DOI for the unmodified dataset to support reproducibility and long-term accessibility.I do not claim authorship or original creation of the data; my contribution is limited to aggregation, verification, and archival hosting.
