This series comprises files for charitable, religious, welfare, community and other organisations who had been commercial tenants of the Commission. There are also files for individuals who had been commercial tenants of the Commission. The files include a variety of documentation such as correspondence between the lessee and the Commission, records of payments, applications to lease or sell the business and notices of rent increases. There is also information regarding the type of commercial business being run out of the property.
