Results showing the factors that influence the outcomes of volatile compound extraction using the SPME technique

The data relate to the performance of SPME extraction under various conditions, including the use of different fiber types (composed of PDMS/CAR/DVB and PEG), analysis of different matrices compostion (ethanol concentration), and the occurrence of competitive interactions. All experiments were performed with standards mixture prepared for the analysis. The data were presented in the form of peak area - a value obtained from the GC-MS analysis.Dataset contains a ReadMe.txt file.
