We looked at the expression profiles of embyonic stem cells (ESCs) 48 hours after YAP siRNAs transfection, to knockdown YAP expression, or after pCAG-YAP transfection, to over-express YAP protein. Total RNA was isolated from three independent experiments and analyzed by RNA-seq. mRNA profile of ESCs knockdown for YAP expression (siRNAs) vs CTR cells (scrambled) and mRNA profile of ESCs overexpressing YAP (pCAG-YAP plasmid) vs CTR cells (pCAG-GFP). Each condition has three independent biological replicates.
