Microbial composition in oat rhizosphere

Using oats growing in pots as a model of cattle manure application to grassland, the objectives were to: (1) estimate transfer of N and P from manure to soils; (2) investigate microbial community dynamics, especially specific functional microbial groups in response to cattle manure; and (3) determine root dynamical morphology changes in response to available nutrients.
