Identification of previously unknown prokaryotic genomes from human gut microbiome, including four Bacteria and two Archaea genomes.The samples are taken from previously published shot-gun metagenomics data, firstly manually curated and then analyzed with different computational tools.The goal of this project is to enrich the knowledge about microbial community in the human gut.
